How far in advance should I book?

For airport transfers we ask for at least 4 hours' notice; same-day reservations are usually possible through our 24/7 dispatch. For executive day-hire we recommend 24–48 hours. Corporate and embassy accounts receive priority dispatch at any notice.

Which cities does DAWNS operate in?

Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kano today, with intercity transfers between them. Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the United States are on our expansion roadmap.

How do you handle flight delays?

Every airport transfer is linked to your flight via AviationStack. Our dispatch console rebases the chauffeur's departure on live arrival times, weather and traffic — so the car is waiting, never circling.

Are your chauffeurs vetted?

Every chauffeur passes background, identity and driving-record checks, signs a binding non-disclosure agreement, and completes our Executive Protocol training before joining the dispatch pool.

Can I pay in Naira, USD or by card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept Paystack and Flutterwave for cards and bank transfers in NGN, and we invoice corporate and embassy accounts in NGN or USD with 30-day terms.

Do you offer armored vehicles?

Yes — B6/B7 armored sedans and SUVs are available to vetted clients, primarily diplomatic missions, oil & gas operators and government principals.

Can I open a corporate account?

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 4 hours before pickup are complimentary. Inside 4 hours we charge a one-hour minimum to compensate the chauffeur. Embassy and corporate clients are governed by their bespoke SLA.
