Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by IBROZini DAWNS Mobility to explain, in plain language, how we handle personal information across our platform. Last reviewed: this calendar year.
1. Who we are
IBROZini DAWNS Mobility ("DAWNS", "we", "us") is a Nigerian-incorporated executive mobility operator. We are the controller of personal information processed through our website, mobile applications and dispatch operations.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, mobile number and password hash when you create an account.
- Booking information — pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, flight numbers, special requests and the identity of any third-party rider you book on behalf of.
- Payment information — card and bank details are processed by our regulated payment partners (Paystack and Flutterwave); we never store full card numbers.
- Operational telemetry — vehicle GPS during your ride, in-vehicle device IDs, and timestamped pickup / drop-off events.
- Communications — WhatsApp, email and call records between you and our dispatch desk, retained for service quality and dispute resolution.
3. How we use information
To operate your bookings, dispatch the right chauffeur, process payments, send confirmations and updates over WhatsApp and email, invoice corporate and embassy accounts, prevent fraud, and comply with Nigerian law.
4. Confidentiality
VIP and embassy bookings are anonymised in internal dashboards. Every chauffeur and dispatcher signs an enforceable non-disclosure agreement covering principal identity, itinerary and conversation.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: the chauffeur assigned to your booking; our payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave); our messaging providers (WhatsApp / Meta); flight, weather and mapping APIs (AviationStack, OpenWeather, Google Maps) for dispatch intelligence; and Nigerian regulators when legally compelled.
6. Retention
Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by Nigerian tax and corporate law (currently six years). Operational telemetry is retained for 90 days unless attached to a complaint or investigation.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to privacy@dawnsmobility.ng. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Customer data is hosted on encrypted, role-restricted infrastructure with row-level security. Administrative access is logged and reviewed.
